When you submit an order to Buddha Art Gallery, via our
website, you are offering to purchase, from Buddha Art Gallery,
those items set out your order. Payment details must be provided
at time of submission. No products will be delivered before full
payment is received.
All payments must be approved or cleared before orders
can be dispatched.
As the customer, you are liable for any fees or changes
imposed for any payments from your nominated card or nominated
debit account.
Payments will be processed in €Euro or £Pound or $USD or $AUD
No refunds or exchanges are applicable for cancellation
of orders.
We believe that our photographs and description show
and describe our products as accurately as possible; however colors
of products may differ slightly from appearance online. Thus,
Buddha Art Gallery cannot be held responsible for marginal differences
in the products.

Buddha Art Gallery sells original antique Buddha statues. Rest
assured that each piece you purchase is valuable and unique. In
order to be traded overseas, each item must be inspected by the
Fine Art Department which takes 7 business days. However, you
will be updated to the status of your order regularly during this
process.
